Goal Focused Therapy

We meet and set goals. The therapy is specific and focused on the situation you want to get resolved. It can be related to anxiety, phobias, grief, sexual dysfunctions, relationship problems, stress, etc.

I will work with you in a directive way. Each week we will chart our progress. You will get homework assignments and we will do behavioral exercises.

This therapy will stay in the here and now. We will not delve too much into your past or dig up old, painful emotions. We will problem solve and help you move on with your life.
