Group Therapy Sometimes it’s healing to be in a room with like-minded people or people who are going through a similar life experience. Groups are also good for people who need to practice social skills in a non-judgmental supportive environment. I have several groups that meet according to my client needs. Oftentimes, my clients find it helpful to see me privately as well as attend a group.
