I do a considerable amount of counseling dealing with sexuality, alternative
sexual lifestyles, sexual fetishes, transgender identity, sexual addiction and pornography addiction. Unlike other therapists who preach abstinence, I help my clients to manage their sexual issues in a heathy and life-sustaining way.

Pornography addiction and sexual addiction are forms of obsessive-compulsive behavior. The more you satisfy your needs, the more shameful you feel. As a result you repeat your out of control behaviors in order to relieve anxiety. Sexual addiction and pornography addiction can be managed. Abstinence or celibacy may not be the answer. I have successfully taught many people how to manage their addictions. Together we figure out a healthy, workable balance.
